General Ordering Procedures
- You can browse to our website or download the PDF Product list on the website and search for your ideal products
- Call our Client Service Hotline and we shall arrange our staff to follow the order with you
- When your order has been received, stock will be prepared for delivery
- If order is received in a general working day, stock will be delivered on the next working day
- Free delivery service will be provided for order(s) with total amount reaches HKD$800
- All goods are not returnable after delivered
Delivery service may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during black rainstorm warning or the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above.
In general, if the rainstorm warning or typhoon signal is cancelled before noon, delivery service will resume and if the rainstorm warning or typhoon signal is cancelled after 2 pm, delivery service will resume on the next working day.
Payment Method
Payment should be made by cash deposit through ATM Machine or cheque deposit before stock delivery. Please WhatsApp the ATM receipt or email the bank deposit slip to us and after we have confirmed payment received, your order will be ready for delivery in 2 working days.

To secure our delivery to you, we have our own delivery team to handle your products and will be delivered your goods in different storage temperature by Refrigerated Delivery to ensure the quality of your goods.
